Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Clozette website and the purchase of products from it. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms in full.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, packaging updates from brands, or supplier changes. Some items may be limited edition, discontinued, or from past collections.
All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or customer unavailability. If the address entered is incorrect or the customer is unreachable, a redelivery fee may apply.
For hygiene and safety reasons : Opened, used, or unsealed beauty products cannot be returned or refunded.
Eligible returns must :
- be in original condition,
- be unopened,
- be submitted within 3 days of delivery,
- include proof of purchase.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Items marked “final sale”, “promotion”, open-box, or samples are non-returnable.
8. Availability
Products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you for a replacement or refund
9. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Clozette is not responsible for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
11. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Initiating a false or abusive chargeback may result in legal action under UAE law. We will provide full delivery and communication proof to the payment provider.
12. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information is used exclusively for order processing and customer service.
All trademarks, logos, product photos, and content on the website are the property of Clozette or its content suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Clozette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
